Tk1o Terms and Conditions — Policies Applicable to All Users

Tk1o is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between tk1o and users of its website, app, and related services.

Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in those accounts being automatically suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

Tk1o supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳300
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳2,00,000

If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, contact our support team within 24 hours. tk1o does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Tk1o offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• To Withdraw Bonus Funds Wagering Requirement must be met.
• For welcome bonuses, the wagering requirement is generally 10–20x the bonus amount.
• A maximum bet limit per wager may apply while a bonus is active.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly.

The following general rules apply when betting and gaming on tk1o:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the live cash-out feature is active).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk1o reserves the right to void those bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded to your balance.
• Slots and casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), verified by independent testing bodies.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• Placing more than five identical bets simultaneously may be flagged as suspicious.

Tk1o takes strict action against anyone involved in match fixing or any form of sports fraud. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1o. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Use of Bots or Software: Using automated betting software or bots to play.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Fraud: Claiming bonuses or rewards using false information.
• Betting on Behalf of Third Parties: Placing bets on behalf of others.
• Minors Using an Account:Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

Tk1o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent activity is detected on an account.

• In cases of suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
